Registration Forms We have streamlined the registration process so that the registration form now includes the event waiver as well.  In addition, you can register up to 6 people in one household on one registration form.  You also have this same option if you want to register online Click here if you would like to print & fill out a registration form and mail it to CancerFree KIDS along with a check.  You can also register online through our website and mail in a confirmation email along with your check to CancerFree KIDS.
