Free Fundraising Website It's easy to do and it's free!  When you register online, a personal free fundsraising website will be created automatically that you can use to accept online donations.  Simply edit your page and then email out the direct URL for family and friends to use to support your fundraising efforts.  If you need help locating your fundraising page, search for your name on the Butterfly Walk main fundraising page at http://www.active.com/donate/2012butterflywalk.   Remember - you can always use the main Butterfly Walk fundraising website to collect donations online if you don't want to edit your own page! Donation Forms Have you received checks/cash from family and friends who are sponsoring you?  Please use this donation form to keep a record of what you've collected.  If you have a friend or family member who would like to mail in a donation directly, you can provide them with a pledge coupon for them to mail in with their donation.  Just put your name and team name along with your team website on the form before you hand them out.   At any time you can mail in your donation forms to CancerFree KIDS, Attn: Butterfly Walk, P.O.
